Synthetic Roof Thatch:-

Warranty Coverage: This Limited Warranty applies only to SKYNEST Synthetic Roof Thatch materials purchased directly from SKYNEST or its authorized dealers. SKYNEST warrants that the product is free from manufacturing defects under normal residential or commercial use and environmental conditions for a period of ten (10) years from the date of original purchase.
Material Composition & Performance: SKYNEST Synthetic Roof Thatch is manufactured using high-density polyethylene (HDPE) combined with UV-stabilized and anti-corrosive additives for enhanced outdoor durability. The material is recyclable and includes B2-rated fire-retardant properties, verified by an independent international testing agency (SGS). SKYNEST material has also been tested and validated by CIPET (Central Institute of Plastics Engineering & Technology, India) as per international ASTM and ISO standards for structural and environmental performance.
Tests include:

- ASTM D2244 / ISO 7724 - Colour Stability (ΔE) before and after UV exposure

These results confirm SKYNEST's ability to withstand UV exposure, humidity, heat, and mechanical stress under typical Indian climatic conditions. Minor surface hardening or colour variation over time is natural and does not affect product performance.
Workmanship Disclaimer: SKYNEST provides this warranty only for the roofing material itself. This warranty does not cover workmanship, installation labor, or damages resulting from improper installation, structural movement, or use of non-SKYNEST accessories or fasteners.

Exclusions: This warranty does not cover: Improper installation or handling; damage due to fire, flood, storm, or other acts of nature; structural defects or movement of the sub-roof; use of non-SKYNEST materials or accessories; normal wear, fading, or brittleness due to aging; improper cleaning methods or exposure to chemicals.
Warranty Claim Procedure: To make a warranty claim, the customer must notify SKYNEST in writing within 30 days of discovering the defect and provide: proof of purchase, date and location of installation, and photographs of the affected area. SKYNEST reserves the right to inspect the material before approving any claim.
This Limited Warranty is the sole and exclusive warranty provided by SKYNEST. No agent, dealer, or representative is authorized to alter or extend this warranty in any manner.
